Started assisting his father in his clinic since a very young age. When he was doing his matriculation. He got his clinical training from his father for 4 years.
After his father Dr, Syed Zahoor-ul-Hasan Sami’s Death in 3rd August 1988, his able and dedicated son Syed Adnan Hasan Sami took over his place. Under the able guidance of his father Dr, Syed Adnan Hasan Sami proved himself as a true heir and trustworthy successor. Dr, Syed Adnan Hasan Sami was born on 2oth December  1968. Graduated from Karachi University & Passed D.H.M.S from Pakistan Central Homeopathic medical college.
Passed different courses in Chromopathy, Astrology, Numerology & Radisthishia from the Global Astro Research Institute. He is a Psychiatrist By his Psychological way of treatment many mentally disturbed and disobedient young men who were completely frustrated were brought to their normal and upright path and now leading a peaceful life.

He is the president of Homeopathic Medical Association of Pakistan and the chairman of Adam Welfare Trust. Dr. Adnan is the President of Karachi Homeopathic Lions Club International and also the ex-member of FPCCI standing committee for public relation. He is a chronic disease specialist, psychiatrist an astrologist and a spiritualist.

Dr. Adnan is also the president of International Quranic Propagation Center, which has got the propagation of Holy Quran among the Muslims and Non-Muslims a like.
